Stephen (Greek: Στέφανος Stéphanos, meaning “wreath, crown” and by extension “reward, honor”, often given as a title rather than as a name, Hebrew: סטפנוס הקדוש‎), (c. AD 5 – c. AD 34) traditionally venerated as the protomartyr or first martyr of Christianity,[1] was according to the Acts of the Apostles a deacon in the early church at Jerusalem who aroused the enmity of members of various synagogues by his teachings. Accused of blasphemy at his trial, he made a long speech denouncing the Jewish authorities who were sitting in judgment on him and was then stoned to death. His martyrdom was witnessed by Saul of Tarsus, a Pharisee who would later become a follower of Jesus and known as Paul the Apostle.

The only primary source for information about Stephen is the New Testament book of the Acts of the Apostles.[2] Stephen is mentioned in Acts 6 as one of the Greek-speaking Hellenistic Jews selected to participate in a fairer distribution of welfare to the Greek-speaking widows.[3]

"MY EYES look FOR YOU;
MY HEART BLEEDS THE firm --
MY energy ENTERS YOUR SOUL no question."
                            ~ Jesus

~ My response:

As I right of entry my Bible
I gain the feeling
someone is looking
at me
I incline my head to see
Who
It is You, Jesus
my Savior
Your eyes look
into mine
I tone You can see into my soul
silently
You say me You adore
me
Thank You for subconscious good to release
me
even though You see
my sins
even even if I hurt
You

I feel Your unstoppable headache
caused by whatever my sins
they're beating You
in front of me
I refuse to shout
"Crucify Him!"
similar to the crowd
yet I accept
God's Will
Thank You for taking my place
It will not be easy to watch You die
Will I have to close my eyes
Will me living thing there
comfort You
I hope for that reason
(Luke 23:21)

Now I stare
on the One
I have pierced
I take
Your blood & water
flowing
healing my soul
I'm sorry
I love You, Lord
I attain up
venerating
Your Cross
(John 19:34-37)

I stayed
Where else would I go
I wise saying Your Heart
bleeding
blood once resolution
droplets of Gospel
I wish I could have healed You then
but this is above
and exceeding
a First Aid situation
I needed all
Your pretentious Blood
through Your wounds
I am healed
Thank You
for transfusing my heart
similar to Your unmodified,
Grace, computer graphics
(1 Peter 2:24)

I wish I could preserve You
in my arms
but I know that is Your mother's role
I stand by her side though
for moral support
and she lets me
support Your lifeless hand
I'm red-handed
and it's my fault
I wish I could sustain it forever
or never wash my hand again
to prove my adore
radical devotion

But they are going to accept You
away from me
into the Cool tomb
3 days feels following suitably long to wait
I wish I could hibernate in prayer too
in there as soon as you, sadly
praying by Your body
I just have to wait
when trust
I resign yourself to
You will rise again
subsequent to You told us

After 3 days
of insomniac hope
I go later than them
my eyes see for You
The tomb is already right of entry
I hope they had let me stay
I would have been allow out
they didn't take
but I believed You
You search for my eyes
We are reunited
no one can take you away
at least not forever

You wash my still-red hand 🙂
I know You love me
me personally
I hold Your tidy hand
I kiss the nail mark
Your rays of Divine Mercy
now unbloody, unwatery
considering a touchless hug
of eternal Mercy
taking into consideration seeing The Light
I trust You, Jesus
agreed!

Jesus' respond to me
(based upon Colossians 1:24)
"BY doing THE ABOVE --
REACHING UP...
YOU unmovable ME."
